Announcing a new Meetup for The Wisconsin 9/12 Project!
What: Wednesday Night Meeting at Kavanaugh's When: October 21, 2009 7:15 PM Where: Kavanaugh's Esquire Club 1025 N Sherman Ave Madison, WI 53714 Sorry I'm behind in posting the meetup for this week. It's been a heckuva week. Better late than never. Hopefully most of you know at this point that we meet weekly now, whether I've got my act together on the posting thing or not! Here's the scoop... The primary order of business for this meeting will be planning around an outreach showing of Phelim McAleer's new film, "Not Evil, Just Wrong." We will sponsor this showing in conjunction with our sister group, We the People of the Republic (WTPOTR). Both groups are running joint meetings this week. The planning will start at the regular WTPOTR meeting on Tuesday evening. We will hopefully, then, be able to wrap up the planning at our session on Wednesday. For those of you who have not seen the film already, it's an excellent tool for opening a dialogue with those who are sincerely misguided or on the fence about the false issue of global warming and related policy such as Cap & Trade. We will also take some time for a brief round table discussion for any pressing business. If you've been coming regularly to the Wednesday night meetings, don't forget to bring someone new with you. If you've never come before, just bring yourself. Your voice is important. Your voice is necessary. Your voice can make a difference. For Freedom, Kirsten Learn more here: http://www.wisconsin9... |

Tonight’s meeting update of requested information. Another great meeting Thanks Kirsten.
Dane County 2009 Budget meetings/hearings web site. http://www.countyofda... Looking on the Dane County web page for meetings related to Regional Planning Commission or Planning and Development I found none. I did find some meeting agendas related to Capital Area Regional Planning Commission(CARPC) but very few meeting minutes. The Regional Planning Commission may already be a commission that has no overseeing governmental entity. I’ll check into this and follow up at a later date. http://www.countyofda... I found something very interesting though. The 2010 Budget has The Planning and Development Department presenting a Budget with no regular meetings listed. Just an observation. Checking the Shoreland District Zoning Sub-Committee they also have no meetings or agendas listed. In general, my initial search for information was not very successful. I also found something that on the surface appears to be very questionable in keeping up with posting, of what I believe to be required agendas and minutes. I’m not sure if posting information on the internet is required though. Again just my observations. Al V. |
