Friends,

Having now discussed the matter with Eric, who just violated  
guidelines, he and I have agreed that it's better if he seeks a group  
more in line with his perspective and priorities.  I have removed him  
from the members list.  He will not be posting here anymore.

Let me reiterate my own position.  As organizer of this group, I do  
not now--nor have I ever--believed that the government was in any way  
behind the events of 9/11.  Moreover, I believe the pursuit of such  
discussion is a gross distraction from important matters at hand.  We  
need to focus our efforts and attentions on matters upon which we can  
make a measurable difference.  We remain committed to working at  
state and local levels to restore government to responsible and  
constitutional limits.  I

As potential issues arise on the mailing list, I would appreciate  
your patience as I address them as organizer.  If you see something  
that concerns you because it has the potential to harm the group,  
please let me know.  I am not interested in curtailing freedom of  
speech.  But I am also determined that our credibility remains in  
tact and our focus undiluted.
