Its like we are all on a train on a track that suddenly ends over a canyon. The progressives have control of the engine. They are just making the train go faster and faster towards the canyon. We are all in the passenger cars, desperately trying to get into the engine to take back controls (the elections). However I am almost certain that once we get into the engine they will do all they can to weld the controls in place so we can not stop or even slow down the train (The lame duck congress session). Our only hope might be that someone not on the train manages to switch tracks or failing that, that their are more survivors of the train wreck who believe in freedom and small government than not. Then at least we have a real shot at cleaning up the wreck and restoring the train.

These guys are like rats that abandon a sinking ship, except these rats are causing the ship to sink while at the same time robbing the ships trasury with the intent to be the only ones in the life boats $$$$$. This of course while We The People are the ones who go down with the ship to the depths of tyranny and servitude. What can we do? I don't know. Anyone? We can "know" about this stuff all day long but if nobody with influence thinks it matters, do we really make a sound?
