Because of Saint Patrick's Day this week, we're moving our meeting to Monday on a one-time basis.

On the agenda this week:

  • Continued planning for the Tax Day Rally, April 14-16
  • Ways to get our message out (carried over from last week)
  • Update on circulation of our vetting questionnaires
  • Planning for next candidate forum (w/Brett Davis and Terrence Wall), April 28th
  • Designation of executive committee and assignment of roles

Looking forward to seeing you there!

Excellent information from people who attended the American Dream Summit in Wisconsin Dells. Information from break-out sessions was extremely valuable. We critiqued our Mar. 3 candidate forum, and overall thought it was a good start, and we learned some things that we can do better the next time around. Continued planning for the upcoming Madison Tea Party Apr 14-16. Working out logistics for the activities, and completed list of hotels that have blocks set aside for those staying overnight in Madison. Welcomed two new members who will be a good addition to the group. Learned that we are having a lot of activity on our website recently, which has swelled our ranks to around 200, and we talked about working with others in outlying areas on how to get them started with their own groups. A lot of information, but a lot of work getting done.
