Friends!

The holidays were busy. There's been cold weather. Many of us feel a bit ragged. But I am ENCOURAGED!

MUCH good is happening. The grassroots around this state and throughout the country have kept the pressure on. We are having a remarkable impact!

This Wednesday, we will finalize the vetting questionnaire on which we've been working and develop a plan for its distribution.

We'll also come up with a format and publicity strategy for the candidate event we have coming up on January 27th with Ben Collins (running for Lieutenant Governor) and Dave Westlake (running for Russ Feingold's seat in the U.S. Senate).

Finally, I'd like to discuss the development of at least an informal executive committee. I have personally taken on certain campaign responsibilities which will demand increasing time from now until November. An executive committee will help to ensure that the group continues to sustain vision and move forward with those initiatives in which we choose to engage. We have many amazing, capable people. The group can only benefit if their gifts and abilities come to the fore. I LOVE TEAMWORK!!

I so look forward to seeing many of you who will finally be able to return now that the holiday season has ended.
