Gang,

Due to the inclement weather, I have made the decision not to expose our members to potential harm on Wednesday night. Stay home in your warm houses instead.

We will instead have a conference call that Keith has been kind enough to work out for us through GoToMeeting.com.

There will be a limited number of lines available for the call. Two of those slots will likely be taken by guests. So if you want to join the call, please RSVP as quickly as possible. Once I have your RSVP, I'll email you the information that will get you into the meeting.

You will have the option to use your computer with a headset and microphone or a phone connection. Couples should be able to share a line if you use speakerphone. If I'm wrong on that point, I'm sure Keith will correct me, but it always works when I do conference calls at work.

So again, RSVP, and I'll send out connection information on a first come, first serve basis as soon as I have our two guests confirmed.

On the agenda:

1) Strategy pertaining to the RTA and collaboration with other individuals and entities who share our position.

2) Further work on the vetting questionnaire.
